Was supposed to run uptown with a group but was up with Barb on and off from 3am while X puked and we changed the sheets a few times. Decided best to go from the house and get about an hour in. Legs were a bit sore from the mile the day before but felt pretty good. each mile was faster thru mile 8 including a 2.45 half on the track on mile 5. Mile 8 was fastest at 5.57. 7.07,7, 6.50, 6.41, 6.09, 6.41, 6.28, 5.57, 6.25, 6.13. Pushed a little bit much but was good run.
