Ran easy by myself around the neighborhood then ran along side Izzy as she biked up to the prov track. Ran around the track while she HJ and then ran back. Was beautiful low 60s and sunny. Did 1 mile of 200 on/off for about 6.11 but otherwise went really easy. Legs were heavy and tight from the race the day before.
