Notes

2.5mi warm up, 3x60s with 2:30 walk/jog rest, 4x30s with 2:00 rest, 1.5mi cooldown. Planned on going to a track but there was a gym class or something on the infield so I just went on the streets. Felt OK, didn't hammer it and kept the volume low to stay healthy. Solid workout
