Cheyenne Mountain 50k.
Nice day and pretty good race, two loops of a figure 8 course.
Went pretty well, took 2nd overall and felt like I was able to race a good chunk of it. Almost fell twice at the end so took it pretty easy down the last hill. cramping aroun 3:20, but otherwise felt like I was running pretty well. Mainly a ton of turns and windy trails so it was hard to go too fast. Time for a decent break and a good training block before the next one
