Notes

2 mile warmup, 2x90s R, 3 min rest, 3x45s R, 2 min rest, 2 mile cooldown. Tried to go to the HS track again but footballers were there again. Almost went straight back home cuz my foot hurt but the grass field looked nice so I decided to do it there. must have been a little over 200 around it because I was probably running 5-5:30 pace (I hope). Good to do some speed again, legs felt pretty good, just my damn feet keep hurting
