2.5 Warmup, 2 sets of 3x2min, 5x1min I-pace with about .5 to .75x rest. first set had 4x30s at the end and second set had an extra 2 min. Feeling pretty good, watch said ~5:15-25 for most so I was happy. First I workout in a while, felt good.
