Notes

Gnarly trail run from Tom mays. Straight up to the peak, about 1.5 miles in 40 minutes. Then came back down the easier/longer route, about 4. 5 miles in 50:00. Mostly powerhiking on the way up, quad busting on the way down. Trails are so damn rocky my feet hurt as much as anything
