20 min warm up, 4x200, 6x400, 4x200, with 100-200 jog recovery, 4k total R pace. 15 min cooldown. Could have taken more rest and been happy. Pretty tired this morning but got er done. Left foot hurt afterwards, big toe tendon stuff
