Pretty easy little bike ride in the trails north of Snoqualmie falls. Was really nice. There with another family on a geocaching trip, so it is pretty hard to judge the distance/pace with stops thrown in. This is my best guess.
Not a tough ride by any means BUT if I want to start doing some triathlons it's probably a good idea to get in some miles on the bike for a change. It has been a really long time since I've ridden.
