Did a hill workout at South Mountain today. Once again I regrettably did the workout in the afternoon and it was as hot as hell. Just to find a spot to do some hill stuff took me about 3 mi. of running; most of the trails here are suuuuuuper rocky. Once I found my spot though I got in some nice tough hill work. Then I did the last bit to get back. Took a different way this time. Equivalent effort based distance. Only added a little bit.
