Aches in my groin for the first 5 minutes.
Manual resistance set to 6/8 - trying to keep heart rate between 127 - 142 bpm - Zone 2.
Resting HR 42 bpm last checked 08/03/2014 reading was stable at 42 bpm, no change.
Max HR 185 bpm (guestimation) 15/05/2013
