Notes

Changed exercises sessions to every day, but only one session per type, per day

Mon - 3 x 60 L, 3 x 60 R both with 25kg in backpack, modified bent leg.

Tues - 3 x 90 with 25kg in backpack, straight leg.

Wed - 3 x 65 L, 3 x 65 R both with 25kg in backpack, modified bent leg.

Thurs - didn't bother to do them.

Fri - 3 x 90 with 25kg in backpack, straight leg.

Sat 3 x 65 L, 3 x 65 R both with 25kg in backpack, modified bent leg.

Sun. - no session
