Left ankle was achy after run so it was a little achy on the eliptical. With hindsight l should always do the eliptical first as in general l do not get any aches on the eliptical, equally if doing both form of exercise l could use the eliptical as warm up.
Did 1 x Program 5 (until distance read 2000 each time)
Wore the Kalenji HRM

Max HR 188bpm, guestimation 205 - (age 44 / 2) + 5bpm fudge factor
