Notes

Changed exercises sessions to every day, but only one session per type, per day

Mon - 3 x 45 L, 3 x 30 R both with 25kg in backpack, modified bent leg.

Tues. - 3 x 85 with 25kg in backpack, straight leg.

Wed. - Couldn't be bothered.

Thurs- 3 x 45 L, 3 x 35 R both with 25kg in backpack, modified bent leg.

Fri - yet another missed session, its getting too easy to skip them.

Sat - 3 x 85 with 25kg in backpack, straight leg.

Sun - 3 x 45 L, 3 x 35 R both with 25kg in backpack, modified bent leg.
