Day 873 - WTF woke up a cripple, right leg, Total occlusion of the external iliac / femoral artery - see note (16/07/2018).
Aches mainly in quads and calves and then painful calves after the run waiting for the trickle of blood to revascularize the leg.
Resting HR 46 bpm (WTF, l want to cry now) last checked (afternoon) 01/08/2020
