Day 873 WTF woke up a cripple, right leg, Total occlusion of the external iliac / femoral artery - see note (16/07/2018).
Just a shortish one today as l could not be bothered with the pain
Just a walk pain levels after 0.25 miles were mainly 4 - 7/10,
Resting HR 46 bpm (WTF) last checked (afternoon) 01/08/2020
Max HR 185 bpm (guestimation) 16/05/2013
