Left foot 3rd Metatarsal stress fracture day 48. Third workout on the eliptical since my fracture, foot fetltOK with just the odd ache now and again and for the last couple of minutes.
Did 1 x Program 8 (until distance read 2850) - Trying to keep my heart rate between 70% - 80% (144 - 158 bpm) HRR - Zone 3
Wore the Garmin HRM
Resting HR 40 bpm last checked 23/07/2011.
Max HR 188 bpm, guestimation 205 - (age 44 / 2) + 5 bpm fudge factor
