Achilles eccentric exercise - week 61

Left and right heel \ achilles - both mild aches throughout.

Altered planned route mid run to make a necessary pit stop, not sure what's up with the bowls lately. Just a super gentle run as despite feeling pretty good (after a month of 100 mile weeks) l thought l would play it safe and take a down week. To paraphrase one of probably the best/wisest running statements that l have read to date, stated "When you're feeling at your best, you're at your most risk of injury"

Recovery paced run - trying to keep HR < 141 bpm

Resting HR 39bpm last checked 30/06/2014, reading was stable at 39 bpm, up 1 from 38.
