Good run. Went out fairly easy, though had to push it by the end to keep up a fairly constant pace (did not eat much lunch, and definitely felt like I was running on empty by the end). Three detours on the way back, so splits: 16:53.48 out (8:09.60 pace for 2.07 miles), 18:15.53 in (8:29.55 pace for 2.15 miles).
