Good run until the last 1.25 miles. Had a great pace going through the first 5.25 miles, and then got a side stitch on my right side just below the ribs and had to take two walking breaks and run it in a bit slower. Physically, only other thing besides the stitch was the left leg, which was as it has been, with maybe slight improvement. Splits: 25:55.09 out (7:57.75 pace for 3.255 miles), 16:34.15 until I stopped to walk at the beginning of the ramp (8:20.83 pace for 1.985 miles), 1:27.11 (walk up ramp; 0.11 miles), 3:03.72 (ran until the gated parking lot; 8:03.47 pace for 0.38 miles), 2:41.17 (walked until the far end of that Catholic building; 0.15 miles), 5:33.94 (ran it in; 8:50.06 pace for 0.63 miles). So, until the first time I stopped walking, I had done 5.24 miles at 8:06.50 pace (and this included some slowing in the last mile or so due to the stitch). Overall, the running portions were 6.25 miles at 8:10.70 pace.
