Good run. Extremely humid during this run. Temperature started around mid 70s and went up to 78 by the end. Estimate on the turnaround point, but I think it's about right. Physically, left quad was as it's been at the start, and became less noticeable as the run went on. Right leg was a little troublesome in the last few miles -- achilles was slightly noticeable. ClifShots at 0:20, 1:00, 1:40, 2:20, and 3:00. Water every 20. Had to walk for five minutes from 2:51:36 to 2:56:36 to be able to run in the remainder. Splits: 1:39:17 out (9:31.14 pace for 10.43 miles), 1:46:31 in (10:06.93 pace for 10.53 miles).
