Notes
Nice run. Stomach was cramping on me for much of the run, especially the first ~4 miles or so, but it didn't really slow me down much/at all. No other issues physically. Fitness continuing to improve, but still not where I'd like it to be. Splits: 30:09.32 out (8:07.03 pace for 3.715 miles), 29:12.00 in (7:58.04 pace for 3.665 miles). A few stoppages on the way in where I had to come to a complete stop to avoid kids/idiot on a bicycle/etc., but never had much trouble getting right back to speed immediately.
