Fitness is really poor at the moment. Also, left knee was slightly noticeable for a lot of the run. Ran very easy pace to 34th/Chestnut, then a quasi-tempo pace to the 2.5 mile point and back, then walked for about a minute and then ran very easy back to home.
Splits: 11:24.92 warmup, 11:14.15 to turnaround, 11:15.84 to 34th, 1:06.73 walk/10:48.30 jog to home.
