Splits: 1:04:13 out (including ~20-30 seconds of stoppage time when biker crashed behind me) (9:16.8 pace for 6.92 miles, not accounting for stoppage time), 1:14:34 in (ran 28:28.04 to ???, walked 5:03.35 from ??? to just past the bridge right after the Columbia bridge, ran 19:04.65 from just past the bridge right after Columbia bridge to bottom of ramp, walked 7:13.04 from bottom of ramp to 1.5 mile rail bridge, ran 14:45.45 for last 1.5 miles) (10:57.9 pace for 6.80 miles, including walking time).
