Ok final longish run, but definitely had to push it to keep up this pace, and really started to lose it on the way in. There was a very strong headwind for most of the way in, plus quite warm and humid, both of which slowed me down, but still would have liked negative splits here. Still, overall a decent run. Splits: 42:33.26 out, 43:06.49 in.
