Very happy with this run. Used Jill's Garmin watch for time and distance (more details to come). Ran 1.5 pretty slowly to warm up -- felt very stiff. But then did a 4-mile tempo run with a 1-mile pretty slow warmdown. Kept the tempo under 8:00 for just about the entire 4 miles other than maybe a minute or so at the turnaround. Actually kept it under 7:30 for some pretty good stretches too.
