Good run. 10:42.97 warmup, then 1:45 on, 0:30 easy, 3:30 on, 1:30 easy, 5:15 on, 2:00 easy, 7:00 on, 3:00 easy, 5:15 on, 2:00 easy, 3:30 on, 1:30 easy, 1:45 on, 9:07.21 warmdown. Think I did probably hit about a 7:00 pace on the "on" parts. Really happy with the run. Felt pretty decent, physically.
Guess on temperature, but it was definitely cool out.
