Pretty miserable conditions, plus my legs felt like jello for most of this run, so I'm happy with it. Hopefully I'll recover quickly for a good solid long run on Sunday. Having trouble walking around for the last few hours since this run, though -- soreness like after a race. Distances:
1.51 mile warmup (9:17.44 pace for 14:01.74)
3.31 mile at turnaround (8:00.66 pace for 14:25.18)
5.72 mile at warmdown start (7:55.21 pace for 19:05.26 -- 7:57.54 pace for *entire* 4.21 mile tempo portion)
6.61 mile at finish (9:24.25 pace for 8:22.18)
