Quite happy with this run. Shot for 1:12:00, so I came in quite a bit faster than my goal pace, and I felt pretty consistent throughout the run. Plus, I ran at night. So, good run. Physically, felt a little stiff, but nothing in particular was noticeable (stomach bothered me, but didn't seem to slow me down). Splits: 14:01.91 warmup (9:21.3 pace for 1.5 miles), 21:44.25 out (7:45.8 pace for 2.8 miles), 25:07.06 in (7:36.7 pace for 3.3 miles), 8:46.13 warmdown (8:46.1 pace for 1.0 miles).
