Good long run. Had very little energy the last few days, and in the beginning of the run, but got stronger as I went (especially as I ate Gus -- at 1:00 hour, 1:40, 2:21, plus water every 20 minutes throughout the run). Quite negative splits: 1:22:43 out (~9:00 pace), 1:18:57 in (~8:36 pace).
