Tough run. Decent run out -- 1:04:27 to the turn off the Falls Bridge, but then bonked on the way in. Walked four minutes from 1:24:30 to 1:28:30, then had to stop running for about a full mile at 1:54:20. I did run one more mile after walking about 15 minutes, but I'll enter that as a separate run since so much time elapsed in between. Tough conditions, but I would have liked to have run this one in better. Water every 17.5 minutes, Gu every 35 minutes.
