Plan said casual, but also 13 miles. Usually, casual should be 10:00/mile, and I think it needs to stay that way. Felt like I was kind of pushing for a casual long run.

2 min walk breaks for F&F every 45 minutes.

Trail was crowded with MTBers and a bunch of runners--that was nice to see.
