Actual: 1 x 10 @ 6:01 pace, 1 x 5 @ 5:33, 1 x 15 @ 6:15
With no distances measured, I had to judge by effort, which I apparently didn't do well. The last 15 mins sucked, and I didn't think I was close to 6:15 pace--thought it was going to be way slower. At least my legs weren't dead today. I had a little help with the wind--still happy with this though.
