So this was supposed to be 20 with 10 easy, then cutdown over the next 8 to MP pace or better if I was feeling good, then 2 for cooldown.
Well, that wasn't happening today. Did 10 easy, then started slowly cutting down but never made it to MP, and only made it 5 miles, then ran 3.5 for cooldown.
I think this is just another sign that I'm not strong enough to do the real MP workouts that I need to do to run 2:40 or better. Maybe next year. Also, I'm really going to need to cut back the next couple of weeks so my legs feel fresh.
