Notes

Cutdown run #2 per Matt. Decided to not to run on the roads so I could compare the last one. Legs still lack pop, but this was faster than the last one, if only slightly.

7:13 first mile. 20:55 at 3. 33:30 at 5. 31:25 (6:17 pace) for the last 5 miles.
