Huh. I didn't feel that bad after this one. Was I going fast enough? I'm not sure, but the corners on the track make going much faster difficult. The first interval was definitely too slow.
A stout little woman walking around the track while I was doing strides said, "You look like a real cool deer when you run."
I thought, "How many deer have you seen that look like they're conducting an orchestra with their left front hoof?" But I said, "Thanks."
