Had to really force myself out there today because weather tomorrow ain't good. Hip flexor seems fine. No problems.
As far as the workout goes, felt pretty good through 7 and worked really hard on the last one. A little wind, a little mist.

*First 2-3 reps in the 5:45-6:00 range then let it flow into the mid / low 5s as body allows. Flow, don't force.
Easy until 11M total
