(12, 8, 4) x 2 with 2 min slow jog rest between each hard effort.
Supposed to be 6:30-6:20 pace, then 6:10-6:00 pace, and finally, 5:40 to 5:30 pace.
Fail. The first set went fine (6:20, 6:00, 5:40 pace), and the next 12 min were still at 6:30 pace, but after that my legs wouldn't go. Finished with 8 mins at 6:30 and 4 mins at 6:00. Going to have to talk to Matt because even easy runs are starting to feel like some work.
This was the first time I can ever remember failing at a workout. Had stomach problems, but that wasn't the main problem. Legs just dead. Definite blow to confidence.
