Notes
Plan was 6 tempo. 2 @ 5:50, then cut down as able, 5 min jog, 4 x (:30 fast, 1 min jog), Finish to 11. Did the first two at 5:50, but the next was slow and I was getting shower, so I cut it at 3.5, jogged the rest of the tempo and finished the rest of the workout as written.
Felt too hard early on, but I tried to make it through as much as possible.
