Planned to run 5:35s, and that's the way it ended up, but not really the way I wanted to get there. Had the opportunity to run faster.

The second mile has a pretty good rise to it, and I thought I was keeping the same effort as the first mile, but apparently, I fell asleep. Third mile is almost all downhill, so I got back some time with that one, and I slowed in five and six. Had a chance to run faster, but not today.
