Not feeling it today. Could tell from the start of the warmup that things were not right due to a bunch of things going wrong earlier. Gave it a shot and did the tempo, started the 2:00 reps, but realized 1:00 in that it wasn't happening. Jogged home.

5 x (2:00 @ Fast, 1:15 jog) - stay focused when tired, no pace goals
