Start at 6:00-6:15 pace down to 5:00 to 5:15 pace

Actual:

12 miles came up faster than Matt thought, I think.

10 mins started @ 6:12 pace and worked down to 6 mins @ 5:28 pace, then 5 mins at 5:19 pace. By that point I hit 12 miles.
