At the Lawrence track. Felt good today--way better than last week! Could have been the extra 12 hours of rest between run, or it could have been the flats I wore during the workout, or it could have been a little of both. Or it could have been an easier workout.
On the last one, I went 1:23, 2:45 and felt good, so I just kept going after it.
