First 300 stopped really late. Probably a 52 high. Despite the wind, I hit my splits today. It helped not running the miles straight into a headwind the whole way. I figured out how to vary the route. Wiser with age!
On the track the fast stuff was probably even faster without the wind. Overall, This was good, and I could be rounding into shape soon.
