Planned: 2 x 2.5 w/ 8 min rest (4 mins walking/jogging, 4 mins standing). First 2.5 @ 5:45-5:50, second 2.5 @ 5:35-5:40.

Actual:

Fail. 14:38 (5:52), 16:03 (6:26)

It was warm today for the end of September, and that didn't help. I got through the first one ok. Not spectacular, but ok. I knew the second was going to be tough, so I tried to take it one 1/2 at a time. I got through the first and second half @ 5:42, but by the third, I was at 3:00, and I knew I was done. Just finished it off at a moderate pace.

I guess it's good to be failing now rather than one year from now.
