3:11, 3:26 with 800m jog back down for rest
Unsurprisingly, it was hot and humid today. My legs have had enough of these hills and I could tell early on. Cut the workout short--did two instead of four because it wasn't worthwhile to try to push through the last two. My legs are toast. I think all these hills are getting to me. I need to try to back off and hit the track for some shorter and faster stuff. I'll try the hills every other weekend. Maybe I can add an extra two to the long run tomorrow.
