Ran with the vest for the first time. Need to go a size down, I think. Legs were very sore from two hours yesterday, but I wanted it to feel hard.
Still starting too fast. Need to start slower and even things out.
Forgot the watch, so I recorded this with Strava on mobile, so I don't have mile splits. Also, didn't look at the pace much because my phone was tucked away in the back pocket of the vest.
