High effort score just because I had a real problem getting out of the door to start with - Fish and chips was nearly too tempting. AND it was cloudy and windy out there. Things didn't improve much once I was out there - it was still hard work and disappointing when I saw the distance - it felt like further. ONe positive, I did feel like I could have run further, but lunch hour is just and hour.....
