good run...Went the opposite way around to yesterday (riverside first) - Funny, having the big climb much later in the run didn't seem to make much difference to my overall time :)
TOTD - Music for a found Harmonium - Penguin Cafe Orchestra (remix by The Orb) ... Kicked in just I was running downhill back to work, kind of a triumphal tune for the end of a run (Chariots of Fire stuff =D)
