Notes

Wasn't sure if I was going to do this race when I woke up, but I felt good on the warm up so I decided to run hard. Goal was to just go out slower and pick it up and stay relaxed and focus on my form. I'm not sure about the race distance. When I did the race, my watch had 2.97 but there were a lot of turns and I think at 5:30 pace the watch was cutting the turns a little bit (from look at the map on garmin connect). When I did my cd, I did the course again and it had 3.01, so I'm going with 3.0. Splits in 5:44 (first .2 I looked down and was going 6:11 pace!), 5:38, 5:26. I felt like I could have gone another 5:30 mile.
